The after-sales service is just awful. I purchased a Sloane sofa, and it was delivered back in November. Unfortunately, one of the sections came damaged. It took a whole two months to get that piece swapped out. When the replacement finally showed up, it had its own issues. I wasn’t around when it was dropped off, or else I would’ve refused it. Whoever supplies them clearly doesn’t have a clue about quality control. This was my first time buying a sofa online, and it’s definitely gonna be my last. I’ve tried reaching out through every possible way, but I still haven’t heard back about this latest mess. I’ve been more than patient, but now I’m gearing up to escalate this. Just steer clear!!

We got ourselves the Belgravia U-shaped couch, and let me tell ya, it’s a bit nerve-racking to buy something online without checking it out in person first. Only time will reveal how comfy and durable it is, but I was super pleased with how the ordering went. They kept me in the loop throughout the process, reached out about delivery, and it showed up right when they said it would. The delivery guys were really nice and helpful, so I’d definitely recommend it.

Placing the order was a breeze, but after that, it turned into a real hassle. They set up delivery for a Friday night, but the sofa didn’t show up until Sunday, despite me making countless calls and sending messages that went unanswered. To top it off, I had to fork out an extra £100 because the removal guys had to bring my old sofa back, which is a big deal since I’m disabled and they knew that. When the sofa finally arrived, two of the cushions were faulty. They promised to replace them that weekend, but nobody showed up after I stayed home all weekend waiting. Now, I can’t get a response from them, and all my messages are just being read and ignored. It’s really unprofessional.

After chatting and exchanging a few messages, we settled on a double single cushion to fix the issue, and I agreed to split the cost. On September 12th, I was told they were on their way to me! They must be taking their sweet time because I still haven’t seen them. Clearly, they’re not paying attention to these reviews, so what’s the point of having them on their site? I’m a very unhappy customer.

You can't beat the price. The quality is fantastic. They kept me in the loop on WhatsApp the entire time. Customer service is top-notch. The designs are just stunning. I’m absolutely thrilled with the couch. If you're hesitant about buying from a newer company like FB, don’t be. I’ll be spreading the word to everyone.
